Well i would sit my parents down and tell them that i need help and theirs a support group for it.
Your parents should allow you to go if this is a serious thing.

I'd sit my parents down sometime when we were alone. I'd tell them when this started, and why, if I can. I'd insist that I love them and that I really need their help.

Your parents would love for you to tell them about this and they want nothing more than to help you.
