Racist Writers - Comments

Well, I hope it's because the majority of people here are white and they write what they know. I hope it's not because "white" is just automatically better than black. But I have noticed lately in movies and tv shows that the main character is more likely to be white and the side character is more likely to be black. It's like, they put the color in there, so it is there. It just can't be in the spotlight.

Lol I have like 15 books I can think off the top of my head that are sitting on my shelf where the character is either native, indian or another race. I have a lot lol. I was actually planning on making a person in my new story black because I'm basing it off someone I know in real not that it'll really make a difference in a blizard :O

A lot of stories whether or not on Mibba usually focus on one race. Cutting out a few novels. That's just due to the writer's perference. It's really not racist..,well it doesn't try to be.

One of my main characters is half Cherokee, half white...which doesn't really help the cause, but at least he's not full white. I understand what you mean. I never thought of that...>.>

I don't think it's a matter of racism, lol. I think it's a matter of who the author wants to play their characters. (:
