If you're not comfortable, say no. If the nudity but not the content of the shoot bothers you, ask if you can do a simulated nude shoot were you were, like, the flesh colored tube top.

I've been offered glamour model shoots before and I flat out refused them. I don't feel comfortable with them. You should tell this to your boss, and if he doesn't understand then maybe you'd be better suited somewhere else!
