We're alike in this case cuz I tried it too with my one shot but got 25 chaptered story in return. I did read the whole story for 3 hours straight and it was worthwhile since I was free at that time but I totally agree. It isn't fair. Some people might be okay with reading a chapter and comment but to me that's just the same as telling them their stories aren't interesting enough for me to read so it'd be nicer if we finish the whole story and comment. But anyway, yeah. If everyone was like both of us, the unfairness would be an issue on mibba right now. Cuz I'm with you on this one. *shrugs

Don't read every chapter. Read one. That's what I've been doing.

You don't have to read every single chapter. Read and comment on the amount of chapters you have, and if you like it read more as a free.

I don't believe you have to read the whole story, so long as you give a comment that meets the required 200 characters, and isn't just "Love it update soon!!!!111!!" written a bunch of times.

If you offered a story with just 3 chapters then only read 3 chapters of whatever story you're given. You don't need to read every chapter.

I agree. I'm working on a five chapter story for a swap on one of my drabbles.

You don't have to read all the chapters. Usually when it's over five, I don't. You should be fine as long as you meet the character requirement for the comment, although I usually go way over it.

The only thing is that you might leave a really detailed comment and only get a few sentences in return. I like this feature, though, so I'm going to keep using it and hope people feel generous. I think it's a good way to get your stories out there and also read some stories you would have never thought of reading before.

You don't have to read all chapters. It's okay to read one as long as your comment is relevant and more than 200 characters. Nowhere does it say you have to read everything.

In the future there will also be a feature to choose to read a oneshot or longer stories.

If you don't want to read all the chapters, you don't have to. Reading just one chapter of the story and basing your comment around that chapter should be fine to do as long as your comment is 200 characters or more. From what I understand, the current comment swap feature is simple a beta, Dujo will be adding more to it with time which should including choose short or long stories. Right now it's just in its beta stages.

You're right that doesn't seem fair, but I thought.....from what I remember with comment swaps didn't people mostly just comment after reading one chapter? Is it a must to read all of the chapters in order to get a comment?
