    This isn't because of "new" mibba. It has always been apart of the mibba rules. Titles are to be correctly capitalized.

    All titles must be capitalized properly.
    All words in a title should be capitalized with these few exceptions:
    If not the first or last word of a title, DO NOT capitalize little words like an, the, in, for, of, and, to, a, but, as, if, or, nor, and prepositions shorter than four letters.
