Some people who saw this know I just got back from the 3 day mini-boot camp that I went to with my JROTC unit.

The stuff towards the end pretty much lays out my reasoning.

woo! thank you :). I don't have anything particular in mind, I just want to get myself set on a better diet and more exercise. My goal for exercise is to get myself to exercise for 40 minutes a day. For eating, I just want to be more mindful of what I eat.
