The gums nasty... the patches aren't good for my healing tats...
And my will power has a tendancy to falter when I get that odor of a not lit cigarette... oh, god, it smells great... Ack, I'm doing it again!

Oh, and my dad says the gum is NARSTY.
All chalky and sh*t.

My brother quit semi-cold turkey.
He said that the nicorette patches/gum are way strong, he didnt use them.
It's all about will-power and how serious you are about quitting.

Can't you get like nicotene patches or somethin'?
