    I feel the exact same way!! FanWorks was dead and I still got more feedback on mediocre to horrible fan fiction than I get on good original fiction. It's crazy.

    I've do this every so often but tend not to go back to my teenage stories. Just... *shudder*. They were terrible but posted here at a time when everything got comments. Some things that I wrote a couple years ago I'll go back and read, because I'll have forgotten I'd written it. So that's sorta nice.

    I do that too! I used to do it all the time! I love to see how far I've progressed!

    One thing that really gets to me though, is that now that I'm such a better writer, people aren't as interested! I feel like online writing communities are becoming less and less. In the past, I could post absolute trash and someone would eat up. Now, I'm writing the best story of my life and literally nobody cares.

    It's so annoying.
