Ooh, and yeah i sometimes hear my name being called but no one actually saying my name. I mostly hear tapping/knocking noises.

The noises I hear are not loud either but I still think it's related to this syndrome, it's also related to sleep paralysis

I hear wind chimes, doors opening, people saying my name, etc

Hm from what i read of other Mibbians' (not so recent) blogs, you might have a spirit/ghost) on your hands. Though I don't know whether my assumption is true. can you somehow make a log (write in a journal of what happens) for a week and maybe looking up similar experiences?
