When I feel like that, I usually put on my headphones and listen to heavy, weird, psycho rock music. Its fun and it helps. And relax. I've been through my share of shit. Just think of the future, (not to sound harsh) but if you blow ur brains out, you'll never get to truly enjoy life and whats ahead. Hope i helped...
