Wow. I had no idea about this, that it's actually a "thing". I've always dealt with a sleep disorder, but I thought it's just a thing I have, a different rhythm.
I think I have a form of insomnia though. I can't fall asleep earlier than 1-2, even 3 o'clock in the night and I always wake up by 5.30 max. Sleeping about 3 or 4 hours per night isn't enough apparently, I've heard it a gazillion times, but I cannot help it.
