    Yes... the media are cynical, but it seems as if they've done the fans a favour because people are putting their differences aside to come together over it and meeting new fans in the process.

    They blame them because it's a big story. Backlash just leads to a bigger story. Which means more money for the media.

    This is old news now. Everyone should just get over it.
