Layouts?

I need to change the layout of my main page.
Before my friend helped me.
Sh'es not online.
Typical.

Any help?
I'm confused, and although I love the layout I have at the moment, I just want to change it.
I haven't been able to change it, although I have been trying for a while.
Although, saying this, I think I'm going to go and check out the tutorial.
I love mibba. A LOT, but the onl downfall to it is the lack of readily available help. I understand the sense of community and helping one another, I am totally for it, but surely a back-up Q&A system would help?
I know this is just another set of ravings. But seriously.
I think maybe the way of changing skins on bebo/myspace is a lot more easier and effective.
