so i meant to write this on 11/7 but i just couldn't but now i can. 11/7 was the 8th month anniversary of my friend jake's death. he was 17 years old and the most amazing person i ever knew. but anyways this isn't about me missing him this is my playlist for anybody that has ever lost a loved one, these are the songs i listen to when i miss him the most. so here it goes...

gone so young is my favorite because someone emailed me the lyrics to it and said it feels like jake is talking to you and i have no idea who the email is from and how they got my email but they did and i'm so glad. who knows maybe it was jake, i know i'm crazy for thinking it but since his death i've just experienced so much with all this weird happenings, like feeling like someone had their hand on my shoulder while i was writing something for his funeral about him and no one but me was in the house, when i was bawling my eyes out hysterically. yes, i still believe he's here with me and my friends and his family even if you think he isn't that's fine, but you didn't know him, i did and that's good enough for me.
