I need a question answered please

Hey I have a quick question to ask.

I have posted the first chapter of my story and this has come up

At least one of your stories is not following our writing guidelines.

Thing is I've re-read my chapter and edited what I thought need to be done and it's still there, How do I get rid of it anyone know...could it be that Ihave a banner on the summary page? (I was sure that was allowed)

if anyone could help or direct me to the right place that would be great.
