1600 Tears.

I haven’t wrote a journal entry on mibba in god knows how long. I don’t really think any of this will be in order, just how I remember it and write it down.

I finished my finals today, so that means no more school until January 5th. I’m excited about that…here are the exam grades that I know.

World History - 92
English - 100
Biology - 99
Spanish 1 - 85
Family Dynamics - 92

I don’t know my Geometry (I think I made like a C), Art (hopefully a B), or Oral Communication (hopefully a B)

I have pictures of my 3D model Art Semester Test. It’s supposed to be Yoda from Star Wars, but considering I didn’t get the right shade of green, I’m not a Star Wars fan, and it’s my first Paper Mache attempt I missed the bar by a long shot. Anyway here are the pics:

I had to do a speech in my Oral Communications class as a part of the passing of class apart from finals. I had a 2:43 speech, and it was supposed to be 4 minutes. I almost burst out crying when he said that because I knew it would be points off. I asked him at the end of class how many points he said it’d be off, he said 20 and I started silently sobbing, but luckily before I started weeping my eyes out he told me that I’d still have a good speech grade even with the 20 points deducted. And he was right cause I had a 84 which was good for me!

I’ve been looking into summer programs and I found my perfect one.

Rhodes College Summer Writing Institute

It’s for 10th graders who will become 11th graders in the fall of 09, through 12th graders that won’t be starting college in Summer of 09. It’s in Memphis, Tennessee. It’s going to cost me 1600 dollars. That’s not what I’m concerned about though. I’m more concerned about the getting in part. I want to take the Poetry class they are offering, but to get in I have to write something 3-5 pages. I’ll probably wait until my English class starts essays which we are about to do as soon as we are back, then I’ll submit one of the essays I write.

I don’t have much else to say, but don’t make too much fun of my Crap Art Yoda.

Best thing I ever drew, my art teacher helped me a little on the fins, but other than that, all my imagination
