'Living's Just A Waste Of Death'

From day one I talked about getting out,
but not forgetting about
how all my worst fears are getting out.
He said 'Why put a new address
on the same old loneliness?'
'When breathing just passes the time
until we all just get old and die.'
Now talking is just a waste of breath,
and living's just a waste of death.
'And why put a new address
on the same old loneliness.'
and this is you and me,
and me and you until we've got nothing left.
-Peter Lewis Kingston Wentz ; Get Busy Living Or Get Busy Dying

Do you ever get so pushed down with pressure that you can't wait for death?

Not like peer pressure.

The kind of pressure that you carry on your shoulders, while your knees are buckling from the weight.

That's what I feel right now.

That pain that kills you from the inside out; more painful than a stab through the stomach.
The kind of pain that screws you over emotionally.

I just don't know how to handle something like that.

I usually hold it in until I can't bare it anymore.

Well, to those people I love so much; the ones that know this pain so well that it's their old friend.

I dedicate this to you.

For Samantha

For Nycole

For Joshua

For Drayden

For Matthew

For Michael

For Christopher

For John

For William

For Victoria

For anyone else who needs this.

I know what you feel and I know that there isn't much of a way to deal with it.
Therapists tell us to channel it 'constructively'.

WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU KNOW?!

HOW CAN YOU FUCKING TELL US HOW TO CHANNEL OUR EMOTIONS?!

Some of us have found things that help us; good and bad

Cutting.

Dancing.

Singing.

Writing.

Speaking.

Listening.

Playing.

Screaming.

Painting.

Punching.

Yelling.

Crying

What ever it is, try your hardest to make it something that will help you overcome what you can't overcome without your 'friend'.

Just remember that there is someone that will be there for you.

It may be hard to find that person, but keep looking and don't tire.
