can anyone tell me how to get video's and pic on my profile page???

ok sooo this is more of a HELP ME IM STUCK thing but........

i cant for the life of me figure out how to put pictures and video's on my profile page , i know you can do it because i'v seen other people's pages with them on ,

so i've tryed everthing i can think of and it just doesnt work so im doing the wrong thing in that case and im getting to the point of hitting my head into a wall

o sif you can help me with this then u are the most awesome person in the world
( explain step by step please)
