Staring At The Blank Page Before You

Hey guys. So two journals so soon, weird, right? Haha but yeah. This Friday my writing for publication teacher is going to be collecting one piece of work from us, whether it be a few chapters from a novel, a collection of poems, an autobiography, whatever it may be, to send out to a publisher before the end of the year. And my brilliant plan? Why turn my jonas fan fics into originals with some editing and turn one in, of course :] The problem? I can’t decide which one. I ruled out a few, like We Can Change The World, and We Couldn’t Change It If We Tried, seeing as the whole plot is pointless without JB. Also they are way too long to edit to make them not fan fics. There would have to be way too many rewrites. I’m Not A princess is out for the same reason. Truth Be Told I’m Lying, and This Heart, It Beats, Beats For Only You are out because of their close references to existing literary pieces. Lonely, I Believe That You Will Find Me, You’re The Direction I Follow, and I Hate Everything About You I can’t use because they don’t belong ONLY to me.

Which means my choices are:

I Find Myself In You
Steal Me Away From The World
Cause It’s Worked Each Time Before
Making Your Own Rules
Baby, You Are The Weapon I Choose
OR
Leaving My Fingerprints
I could also use Our Love Is Like A Song, but I haven’t written it yet. It wouldn’t be hard though to get a few chapters out for it, seeing as it actually is my life, you know?

Hmm, I would obviously rewrite the male lead to a fictional character I made up, and not one of the Jonas boys. Haha. But I don’t know which one, which is where you guys come in! Vote for one, please? And soon? Hahaha I have to turn it in Friday :[
