HELP - I'm trying to find this song and I can't anywhere...

I found this video on youtube ages ago with this really beautiful country song. I'm not a country music fan but I fell in love with this song. I just remembered it today except that I can't remember the title or artist.

I've been scouring the internet and still can't find it. I don't even remember any of the lyrics properly, just the storyline. If this sounds familiar to you, please tell me what song this is!

It's about these two young men on opposite sides of the world. They're ready to serve their country, to kiss their mothers goodbye and go off to fight the enemy.
Then as they lay wounded and dying on the battlefield each one realizes that the other was never really an enemy but a brother.

Something like that... I'm not doing it justice but I'm really desperate to find out what this song is. Please, please if you can figure it out, this is driving me nuts. Haha. Alright, well thanks for taking the time to read this.
