Dilema

Ok so this is the deal.

I'm getting my first tattoo in a few weeks and yes I know I'm underage but that's besides the point. My question is, if the tattoo goes infected is the local ER or doctor's surgery duty bound to phone the police?

Just a quick question.

My parents are completely fine about me getting the tattoo done. Just the consequences more for the tattooist.

Also anyone know about body piercing courses?

Cos that's my ambition to provide good body piercings, It's something I've always wanted to do, for as long as I can remember I've had this dream.
