Working out

Okay so we all know in the summer keeping to schedules is pretty hard. But, I set this goal for myself and it helps. Yeah, I know I didn't state what my goal is well here:

♥ Run 1 mile 3-4 times a week
♥ Do 200 sit-ups (actually not that hard if you do half and move on to the others and come back)
♥ Do 50 push-ups (yeah I know whimpy compared to the sit-ups)
♥ 30 minutes of Yoga
♥ (As a personal thing) Eat a small lunch and a small dinner and 1fruit if you get hungry. (small= 1/4 the size of an adult)

So far it works I'll get back to you if it starts not working. Right now I'm sore all over I recommend spacing out the days you run. Also if you feel like not working out one day IGNORE THAT FEELING!!!!! DO NOT SKIP WORKING OUT AT ANY COST!! YOU WILL GET LAZY AND END UP LOOKING LIKE MY BROTHER!!!!! (By the way I love my brother he's just really fat. He's 11 and he ways in the middle/upper 100's. (keeping his privacy somewhat.))

Well that's it thought I'd rant for a moment!
