A Letter written by The Rose was a bittersweet story. It's detailed to a great extent; containing 778 words, and gives you a crystal clear picture what exactly is going on.
In the kitchen is where Martah finds a stomach - churning letter which she knows she wants to open, but can't. When she finishes reading it, she learns the tragic fate of her husband, John.
