Blood Sucker

So I had this dream this morning.. and well first I had woken up at 8 something am. and decided that was too early to be awake so I went back to sleep and moments later I had a dream that I was just waking up and this strange man just walked into my room with one of those metal suitcases and set it upon my bed next to where I was laying. The next thing I knew was he had a long needle.. one that's used for blood donations, and stabbed the middle of my forearm with it without checking to see if I was anemic. Then he was checking my toes for some reason that was unknown to me... he had an odd face when he encountered one of my toes on my left foot.

"This one's got a cut on it from when I stepped on my belt," I stated regarding the toe he was questioning.
