I know all about RSI (repetitive strain injury) - my ICT teacher wouldn't shut up about it when we studied health and safety in IT.
I type a lot.
At school I use a neo (like a mobile keyboard) because I get pains in my hands when I write for too long. I type all my homework and I type for mibba.
I use a wrist support at home but it doesn't like working with my laptop. It's designed for a computer keyboard, not a laptop.
Recently I've been getting pains in my wrists, making it hard to type.
Do you think this is a sign of RSI? Should I see a doctor?
Let me know what you think.
