Anyone have a teacher like this?

My teacher is so creepy. He touches me all the time and its just ew. He stands at the front of the room and just stares at everyone, more than a teacher should. Also, he acts like a kid! He's more immature than the guys in my class. And the oldest one is like 15, maybe almost 16. When people ask questions he doesn't even answer them! And today I asked for a paper because I didn't have one and he was arguing with me by saying I had a paper but I didn't so I was telling him I don't have it. I even looked at the date on my friends paper and it was a day I was absent so once again I told him I wasn't there that day and he still said I had it so I yelled at him and he gave it to me without another word. (I hate being argued with, especially when I know I'm right) He also can't keep order in class. It's like he's afraid of us kids. (I hate being argued with, especially when I know I'm right)
