if you were a parent....

Would you let your daughter stay out at all hours of the night?
Would you let her walk the streets of the entire town, alone?
Would you let boys spend the night?
Would you let her smoke?
Would you let her have sex?
Did I mention she's 14.

One of my best friend's parents are like this. They let her doing whatever she pleases. I know that they love her, they don't let her do all of this because they don't care. It's like they don't want to be a parent, despite the fact that they've have 3 kids. I'm worried that something will happen to her. What if she gets killed or get's kidnapped? They may not let her have sex, but I know her mother knows and they've caught like, 3 guys sneaking out of her room, and yet, they still let it happen.

What kind of parents are they?
