What Poem Should I Use For My Application?! HELP!

HEY guys I kind if need some serious help so all comments are welcome :D

OK, so I asked my English teacher if there were any creative writing classes or programs she knew of so I could do it over the summer. Lucky for me someone sent her an email to this workshop at Adelphi University
Long story short I need to submit a writing sample for the scholarship application and I can't decide I"m between a couple. (But I might think up, some more).

I"m between: MUSIC, Her Tears Like Rain, Stress, and considering ME(Burden That I Bare).
