THE AMAZING TRANSFORMATION STARTS: NOW<3

Well, actually, it started two days ago, for the hardcore level atleast.

Me and my bestfriend, are transforming our bodies.

Her: she doesn't need to lose weight, she's a size 1-3, she just
wants to tone-up, and get her stomach in shape.

Me: I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT. I'm going to lose 110 pounds, :)
I don't care how long it takes me, I'm going to do it. I'm excited.
I won't be doing it in a month or anything, but I will be losing
some weight by August 19th (when school starts again) I promise
you that. I'm happy. I feel good when I think about this stuff.

We started an "Amazing Transformation: Weight loss" journal yesterday.
My idea of course, and we took before pictures, and posted them on the
front page of our journals. We wrote down what the journal was about,
and then today, we'll write these things:

1. WHY you want to lose the weight.
2. what will happen IF I DO LOSE THE WEIGHT
3. what will happen IF I DON'T LOSE THE WEIGHT
4. Make a bet with yourself and others to make it more desirable and intense
5. Make excuses to win & Don't make excuses to lose
6. what's stopping you from looking good naked, and STOP IT!
7. Set deadlines and then reward yourself
8. Set deadlines and then punish yourself
9. Remember the CBA's
* CONCEIVE YOURSELF LOSING WEIGHT...
* BELIEVE YOU CAN LOSE WEIGHT AND...
* ACHIEVE THE GOAL OF LOSING WEIGHT .
10. God. Write what GOD thinks about you.
11. Who do you WANT to be? how do you want to LOOK?

On each page it'll have a picture of someone/something inspiring to remind us why we're doing this, and an inspirational/motivating quote too.

We're going to write in it everyday, until we've reached our last goals. then we'll put our "after" pictures. I'm pumped :)
