My throat is soar, and my heart hurts....help?

Ok, here it goes.

Me and my boyfriend were at each others throats for a while because of a fight he was having with one of my friends.
He decided yesterday that we should take a break and try to see other people for a small period of time.
I was fine with that. Maybe it was just what I needed.
But heres the problem, we're each others facebook friends.
I saw a recent post that he had made while looking at my news feed. He apparently added one of my friends and was talking to her, which is fine.
But i saw the comments that theyd made on a status he put up.
And my heart just droped. He seemed to really be into her. I know she has a boyfriend.
But still. They were talking about hanging out, and since hes moving near me, it really just upset me.
Im tryintg to figure out if im just jealous or if i really care and want him back around.

Help??
