She remembers

She remembers seeing the door to her best friends house wide open, thinking that she just got home from school and was listening to music. She remembers hearing the music blaring but no one screaming along to the lyrics and dancing around. She remembers going up the stairs and the door to her friends room was locked, she had found the key on the ground next to the door. She remembers walking in and seeing no one in their, she looked up to see the light on and her best friends body hanging by it with rope around her neck. She remembers hearing Lullabies by All Time Low blaring on repeat in her room. She remembers seeing a black rose with a note saying:

Karen I'm sorry, I love you so much. You are coming soon to surprise me. But it will be too late. I don't want to do this but have no other choice. I can't live and ruin everyone's life anymore. I'm sorry and I love you with every bone in my body. I will see you again someday soon<3 "Sing me to sleep I'll see you in my dreams Waiting to say I Miss You I'm So Sorry" "

She remembers that just as she read the last sentence the music was playing Sing me to sleep I'll see you in my dreams Waiting to say I Miss You I'm So Sorry. She remembers falling to the ground but before she could she remembers two strong arms pull her into their lap. She remembers her friends brother Alex holding her tightly in his arms. She remembers hearing sirens and people coming into the house to get her down from the ceiling fan. She remembers being carried bridal style into the living room. She remembering Alex saying that he didn't know his sister was going to go through with it. She remembers breaking down crying and Alex letting her cry into his chest.

She remembers the day of the funeral. She remembers having to sing the song that was on while her friend was hanging by the ceiling fan....dead. She remembers making a speech after singing, she ran off stage when she was done and broke down again into Alex. She remembers never feeling so broken ever in her life, she felt as if a part of her just died. Sh remembers that night with her best friends brother and her second best friend. She remembers thinking to what happened. She remembers lightly crying and running into Alex. She remembers him soothing her and not wanting to let in what has been happening she was trying so hard not to believe this. She remembers singing softly to her self Sing me to sleep I'll see you in my dreams waiting to say I Miss You I'm So Sorry I'm sorry. She remembers not wanting to believe that her best friend who was like her identical twin and a part of her is now dead.......gone forever
