Have you ever just wanted to turn into a bird, and fly away? Maybe not forever...But just for a while..to get away from reality..It can be so rough some times...Like, I get mad, or sad, or overly hyper..and the emotions change so quick...What could it be? Bipolar? Stress triggers? Not facing reality and being a wimp about life? I don't know...but bottling so much crap up for so long..it gets to you, and then, BOOM! It all comes out at once, unless..you keep it in longer.Any idea's to get in a better mood? Be happier maybe?
