I need a story layout any takers? Please!

I'm in desperate need for a story layout for my story Take Me Away

I really want to finish this story but I just want a layout to go with it. It's one of my very first stories that I ever wrote and it's been through hell and back on this site. I'm constantly deleting my chapters and rewriting it but now I'm happy with were it's going and the plot and the way my characters are developing. I just need a layout and I'll be content to finish my story.

Besides that my weekend has sucked so badly. I'm on a major writers block but I'm slowly working through that, kinda. I'm waiting for Matt to wake up so I can talk to him and I don't actually spend time with my boyfriend, ugh. This journal is making no sense. I'm gonna go write now. :)
