Layout for my story?

Alright so I am new to Mibba, and I don't know how to design a layout or even put them on my story... I wrote a story about an Eating disorder, and I was wondering if someone would like to help me design a fitting layout??
I would prefer it to be black and white, or without a lot of bright colors, and any pictures of a thin girl or those pictures with words written or cut on, that say things like "control" "I won't eat" you know the ones?

Any help would be great! Please!
