Sleep

Morning Mibba readers! (or afternoon, evening, night depending where you are!)

In freezing cold Portsmouth (UK) it is 5 am, and I have just walked through my front door. No I'm not drunk. I've just spent the last twelve or so hours with friends! Yes, I have just got home and I am not tired.

This brings me on to the topic of todays blog: Sleep. I personally become a raging insomniac, sometimes being unable to sleep for days at a time. At the moment I havent slept since Tuesday night, making it three nights I havent slept for now.

Now I survive on power naps; naps of 5 minutes to 3 hours in length, that help me recouperate throughout the day. Yes, I know it's no good for me, but it's all I can manage right now to stop me dying!

Does anyone else have this lack of sleep problem? I've tried everything to stop it now, but it's just getting too pricey! I do not recomment Valerian root in the slightest! I think it tastes and smells like feet!

Now I know this is a short one, but I'm just too tired to continue. Hopefully I'll get some sleep and you guys will tell me your problems with sleep!
