I'm worried about her..

Recently I kept having these dreams with an old friend in them. She seemed super depressed and out of it. Like she didn't care about anything any more. We got into an argument at the end of February and I hadn't talked to her since. About a month ago I was gonna send her a message via facebook apologizing for the sake of our friendship but she had me blocked and on here as well. Today I got some disturbing news that she told someone she had no friends, she was extremely unhappy, and she was going nowhere in life. That person told me she had been quite depressed recently. I feel bad because she feels like she doesn't have a friend and I was always one to be there for her until I walked out on here because we had our differences. All I wanted to know was if she was alright and happy, she isn't. If she was happy then I would be content, until then :/
