Eh. I understand some people are naturally more optimistic than others, but it annoys me when someone chooses to be negative about everything.

So. I understand why someone would be for or against gay marriage. I respect people's opinions.

BUT SERIOUSLY WHEN POLITICIANS ARE ARGUING ABOUT GAY MARRIAGE, YOU NEED TO LEAVE YOUR RELIGION OUT OF IT. K THANKS.

All I want to know is what the hell happened to separation of church and state?

Politicians are letting their religious beliefs influence their decisions and last I checked, they're supposed to be representing THE CITIZENS, not their own beliefs.

This is what sparked my lame rant.

"I'm Jewish. Eating pork or shellfish is not allowed in my tradition, but I would never ask the government to impose that on our fellow citizens,"

"How many more gay people does God have to create before we ask ourselves whether or not God actually wants them around?"

Those two quotes basically sum up what I want to say so I'll leave it at that.
