Please don't mind what I'm trying to say, I'm being honest.

It seems to me, from my own personal observations and experiences, that people love the idea of honesty. But only as an idea. For example, when I ask someone to read a story of mine and give an honest review I mean it, but even when the majority of comments are wonderful and positive, I always take the criticism to harshly. It's as if I actually enjoy being upset. It's essentially a cycle.

But I'm learning to take the criticism and turn it into something positive, learn from my mistakes insetad of letting them get me down. After all, I'm only human (:

On that note, It makes me mad when other people ask for my opinion and then try to defend their work/ words/ ideas. If you wanted my opinion then don't try to tell me I'm wrong and attempt to show me all the reasons why you're right.

[/end rant]

Anyways (: If anyone can tell me where I got my journal title from I'll read any poem of yours and give a long, thoughtful, comment on it.

Questions.

1. Do you take criticism harshly?
2. Who's your favorite band?
3. Do you hate pet names? Ex. Babe, Sweety, Honey. (I can't stand when people call me by a pet name, it seems so condescending)

Adios for now! (:
