What Should I Do?

I have all these old stories, 2 years old...but I don't know how to keep them going. Should I delete them and start new? I don't want to leave them there knowing I might never finish them. I just am running out of ideas. Any advice? Should I force myself to keep writing? I miss writing a lot but I am fresh out of ideas. What do you guys do when you're at a writers block that just won't quit?

And if any of you have read my past stories...do you want them to be continued? I know they're not fabulous but I try.
