It doesn't last forever

Friendship, that is.

I just got a text from a friend, telling me she is leaving the state, and she thanked me for being her friend. I don't like that. It sounds as if it's final, that we will never meet again.

We've only known each other for about two years, and that only count for the days that we meet at school. I wish we could have more time together. She is one of those few peole that I like having around

I think I have very bad luck when it comes to friends. All the people I became close to all leave one way or another. If they're not moving, I'm the one moving, or we just drift apart because of new people coming into our lives and school schedules' changes.

I just wish for something permanent, something that won't break easily. That counts for all types of relationships, not only friendship.
