My house is haunted. Yes, its true. Oh well, the area around my house is haunted as well (the house at the end of the road had been featured in one ghost-hunting tv programme). Some people had strange encounter with this ghost- a woman with long black hair wearing a white dress... Some girls had moved out from the House because they felt its presence and some visitor had actually seen this ghost 'in person'. My House Master's girlfriend had one hysteria attack a few months ago after she saw it at the staircase beside the Common Room. And the recent event is when the House Maid claimed that she was pushed from the staircase and fell down, before she had a really scary hysteria attack. Our House Master called all students to perform some spiritual ceremony so its really funny to see a mixture of every religion- a lot of chants, reciting from various holy books and a lot of joss sticks as well. Then my House Master put his hand on the Maid's forehead and the spirit which had possessed her began to 'speak' to us:
House Master: Get out. You dont belong here
House Maid: *in really coarse voice* No! This is my house!
House Master: This is not your house. your time had long gone.
House Maid: THIS IS MY HOUSE! *kicks*
House Master: Who are you?
House Maid: I'm Sartini! (The House Maid's name is Reen)
House Master: What are you doing here?
House Maid: I was murdered.
House Master: By who?
House Maid: Bad people.
House Master: Who is that bad people?
House Maid: *points to my friend Lela*
Lela: o.0
House Master: You lied! Now get out of here!
Ten minutes later, she was fine again. The girls went around the House, sprinkling some holy water around each corner. Lela found me onlining alone at the Common Room and said, "Ean, did you know what happen?" and I was like, "Ghost encounter?". She nodded and later Mu came and told me about what happened. A lot of girls were sleeping together that night because everyone was scared. Me, on the other hand, sat alone in the dimmed Common Room when Mu had warned me about the ghost 'favourite place' is near the place I sat. I admit that I was scared because I really dont want to see this ghost but i was simply to lazy to walk back to my room and I spent the whole night onlining in the Common Room.
I had weird encounter too that night. I opened the door and sat at the stairs from 2 am to 6 am and there was this cat standing in front of me. Usually the House cats are afraid of humans, but this time, this particular cat was staring above my head, as if there was something there. I turned and saw nothing, only a few insects buzzing. The hairs at the back of my neck started to stand but i ignored it- i kept on posting on INO. And then I walked back to my room and left the Common Room lights on (I know the House Master would probably kill me for doing that) and blasted MCR CD as loud as i can in my headphone, but when it reached track 7- House Of Wolves- at the line where they boys chant about something- it was really scary. I felt like the ghost was watching me dancing in my room. I didnt dare to look anywhere and it started to get really chilly, so i ran and jumped on my bed. I slept soundly and probably my mind was too tired from being scared about the ghost- i missed my morning class the next day. Yay me.
