ummm i don't know what to do

ok so ya this is my first journal entry on mibba.com so i figured i'd come to you guys for help... My Boyfriend of 2 years told me he wanted to be a girl......i dont know how to feel about this... i'm not being mean but i want him to stay the same because thats the man i fell in love with, and i want it to stay the same.. i dont want him to change but i dont want it to tear us apart... so if you guys could help me out it would be very helpful...
