I'm about this close to deleting my Facebook | New story for school

I mean it. I swear to god, I want to delete it. Mostly because it's a huge time suck, but there's other reasons too...

1. The poor grammar and spelling.

This is the number one reason. Most of my Facebook friends are people that go to my school. My school is famous for being academically advanced. So WHY are these kids typing like attention-deficit squirrels on cocaine?! THAT SH*T ISN'T CUTE. DAMN.

2. Fights

I can't scroll through my newsfeed without seeing a fight going on on someone's status or photo. It's ridiculous. Granted, sometimes Facebook fights are incredibly entertaining, but most are just those 'omg yhu stole mah man yhu a hoe b*tchhhh' deals. And I'll just sit there being all '...'. Because REALLY?! If you're not going to physically duke it out, don't put it on the Internet.

3. Annoying Facebook Girl(s)

Has everyone seen this meme? No? It goes a little something like this:

"One guy asks her out. Status: OMG y iz evry guy in luv w/ me?!"

"Takes half-naked picture. Gets offended when someone calls her a sl*t."

"Posts picture. Caption: "omg im so uglyyy :(".

You get the idea.

And I know someone's going to ask why I just don't unfriend these people. Well, I've already deleted most of the people I don't like, and this sh*t STILL HAPPENS.

So, I don't know. Rant over.

I'm starting a story for a school project. :3 It's written entirely in first-person narrative poetry from the perspective of four girls. It's a tragedy and it's set in Victorian England. That's all I can say right now, but I'll keep you all posted on its progress and future developments. It might get posted here at some point.
