NEED HELP WITH A LAYOUT FOR MY PROFILE

Anybody able to make me a profile layout. I want something more angelic in a way if that makes sense. It doesn't have to actually have to have an angel in the layout. I just want something with that kind of feel. I don't think this is making any sense but if anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it. If you can help me just message me or if you can direst me to where I can find somewhere to walk me through it. Thank you. P.S. I like more of a bluish theme, but I am not really picky. So someone please message me. I really need help.
