XMAS shopping / Dates / Q&A

Hi guys.

Today I went shopping and did my Christmas Shopping for my family. I spent about £50 on each of my two sisters, and the same on my nan. I also ended up spending over £200 on my dad and my friend who was with me was like "woaaaaah your spending so much!"

Is £200 too much to spend on my dad? A few years ago I bought him a Playstation3 which was like over £300 at the time, and so if anything this year I haven't gone that over board. Maybe it's because I don't have a boyfriend....

On the topic of boyfriends I actually went on a date about, maybe 4 weeks ago now. This guy was texting me alot of the time, always asking to take me out but he wasn't really my type so I made up excuses most of the time. In the end, we'd been speaking for quite a while, and I didn't really see any reason why I shouldn't let him take me out so when he asked to take me to the cinema one night, I accepted.

We went to see Abduction and the date went really smoothly. (This was the first time I had met this guy as he was given my number by a friend, so we had only ever seen each other on facebook). I actually remember that the next day I boasted how he'd 'probably want to take me out again but I don't think I will go'.

FAMOUS LAST WORDS.

I haven't heard from him since!!!!! Seriously, not even one text. The last time we spoke was when he dropped me home and we said goodbye. That was it. I even text him a week later and he didn't reply! Wtf. I know he's alive because he updates his status all the time on FB, so he literally just must have been soooo turned off by me. Am I really that ugly? D':

We got along really well, so he must have just didnt like what he saw. It really really hurts.

- Is £200 too much to spend on a family member, even more so when your just 19 years old?
- Has anyone ever been left in the dark after a date like mine?
- Should I get a facelift? D:
