What Is Love?

Lately I have been struggling...with the concept of love. I mean think about it, what is love? Throughout the years we have warped Love's description. Today when people think of love the words "intimacy" and "passion" seem to be the first words that come to mind. We live in a world that believes that true love is found between the sheets. This concept is so far from true. Think back to old love stories and tell me if that so called "love" was casually expressed and left accurate in total definition. I am sure you will discover, as I did, that love is more than sex. There is something so tender and beautiful about true love. True love is being willing to give your life for the sake of another....It is when thoughts and cares for the other come before yourself, when your desire is to provides, comfort, and cherish that person. Love is captivating and worth waiting for.
