I need some advice :) {Interactive}

So I've recently become very engrossed in short stories. I like being able to go through a short plot without too many characters or setting changes. I've always been a story-writer, and I've just become very comfortable with writing short stories.

The only problem is; I don't get a wide variety of feedback from people of different backgrounds. I get my friends to read my stories, but they've grown up in the same town as me and are the same age as me, etc. etc. etc.

I was wondering if any of you would be willing to go through and read some of my recently posted short stories, (I'll leave links below) and tell me what you think. I want solid advice about how I can make them better, ideas for a story, grammatical errors, etc. If any of you could do this for me, that'd be great. :)
