Pissed

I am so pissed the fuck off right now, as I was tyoing a new chapter for my story. The whole thing messed up and I was at another part and lost everything that was there. So I'm okay with re writing the chapter the only problem is that I can't go back. I cant manage my chapters. So if anybody knows something that can help me tell me now cause I'm extremely mad right now. Please somebody help me. I'm going to try and get it back if not then I don't know what to do. I'm sorry to all my fans, I was typing the part everybody was waiting for.
