Some diet plans

I've started ordering water in light of ordering soda when I go out to eat. I hear from people that makes them lose a couple of pounds, but nothing too extreme! I normally don't make an entry until Monday of every week but I figured sense I had nothing to do I would make an appearance. We are going to the gym tonight around 7 and I believe we are going to be doing a legs or back workout. Last night we did a arm work out and I've hit the point where I don't get sore the next day from working out so yay!
