A question about God.

This is really stupid but anyways...
Im Catholic and Catholic's dont really support gay people. However i do. Now God is supposted to love everyone but is God male or female? If hes male how can he love a male. Isent that gay? Or does he love people like family love? Or does he hate gay people? But if he hates gay people then he can't love everyone.
